What was or is your initial motivation that fuels your transition from being a full-time employee to becoming a lifetime entrepreneur?
I became a full-pledge entrepreneur in 2013. I quit being an employee because I wondered how it would it feel like to be working with people I handpicked on my own.
I wanted to work with people I only want to work with.
I wanted to work with people whose energy complements my energy.
I wanted to work with people who believe that the impossible is for the lazy and difficult is the excuse of the lazy.
My only savings before I quit my job were the money-generating deposits in my head. I was a skinny married man with a wife to dress and a kid to feed. While my body structure was far from that of the body of someone who goes to the gym, my brain has a 24-inch bicep.
Ironic and irresponsible as it may seem, money wasn’t the first opportunity I saw. The first thing I saw was the opportunity to gravitate like-minded people. You cannot succeed alone. It takes a team to realize a dream.
Money followed me.
