I’m not a doctor, but I believe that being positive or being negative would burn the exact same calories in our body.

Worrying invites negativity. Unsurprisingly, I still do get worried.
Thankfully, the lifespan of my worrying attitude is shortening year after year.

I have a fishbowl on my desk.
Everyday, at the middle of my busy-ness, for some reasons that I still don’t comprehend up to this time, something in me makes me pause for a few seconds and feed the fishes inside the bowl.

How could this thought sneak in to my thoughts despite of my busy-ness?

I don’t understand it, but I believe that’s what it means by “everything is under God’s divine orchestration”.

Because of this daily encounter with my fishbowl, I get visuals of what Jesus meant when he said, “Do not worry.” He sent me to take good care of these living things inside the fishbowl. Perhaps, he sent an angel to take good care of me.

Friends, I can’t tell you not to worry for I am a worry-er, too.
But this I can tell: It’s not fatal to worry, but you bring your worry to God.
He will turn your WORRIES into WONDERS.
