SSP: Bullish Top 10 Players, Bullish SMAs, High-Risk Stock, Going 3.02?

SFA Semicon Philippines Corporation (SSP) went up by 5.22 percent today, 15 March 2018. After the big leap in price last 15 February 2018 from 1.55 to 2.68 per share, SSP just moved sideways near the support at 2.35.

The shorter-term and longer-term simple moving averages are perfectly aligned in a bullish arrangement.

If SSP breaks below 2.35, watch out for the support near 1.58. The resistance sits near 3.02. But before SSP dives down to 1.58, it must break below the 61.80 percent Fibonacci retracement.

If SSP breaks out above the resistance at 3.02, its next resistance will be near 3.50.

I understand that not everyone has a charting feature on their online stockbroker’s account. This is one of the reasons why I’ve programmed my proprietary Price-Volume Distribution chart. This is for the benefit of our clients whom we mentor in our Private Clients Forum as a service of Equilyst Analytics, Inc. (owner of Stock Signals Philippines).

By looking at my Price-Volume Distribution chart, you can see at a glance which price points earned the highest volume as trading happens. If you will plot the intraday chart of SSP, you will see that the strongest intraday support levels are at 2.59 and 2.60.

Now, you take a look at my chart below. Which price points got the most volume? 2.59? 2.60? 🙂

SFA Semicon Philippines Corporation (SSP) - Price-Volume Distribution - 15 March 2018

On a 30-day trading period, SSP is on a Net Foreign Buying worth PHP1,967,643.00.

Do you see that tall and green Net Foreign Buying bar below? On the picture, it looks significant, but if you’ll look at the value, it’s just a little over P2 million. What’s P2 million to foreign investors? Lose change! In this case, I won’t let the foreign investors’ activity influence my trade setup on SSP. Foreign fundies are not heavily invested in this stock.

Okay, next are my Top 10 Players charts in four different time periods. I am not going to explain in detail what each chart means to be fair to my clients. If you are my client, log into to your dashboard on www.stocksignals.ph and post your question in our Private Clients Forum. I’ll be happy to serve! 🙂

SSP is a high-risk stock based on my Risk Level calculator. Are you a beginner in stock trading? It’s a good thing you’ve found my website. You have to be data-driven so you won’t be influenced by the personal investment horizon and risk tolerance of other people, especially if you lurk on stock market-related Facebook Groups.

Be inspired by their data-driven strategies but don’t copy their financial goals, investment horizon, and risk tolerance. Everyone has a unique set of those three elements of an investment decision.

Don’t press CTRL + F and look for the words “buy here” or “sell at.” No chance. I don’t spoonfeed. Just as how I willfully take 1 to 2 hours to prepare a data-driven and easy-to-understand analysis like this, I want you to willfully discipline yourself. No spoon-feeding. I want to convince myself that I have no followers who still suck a pacifier.

Did I help you? The best way to express how I’ve helped you is by writing a testimonial for me. I get the motivation to continue doing this for you when you tell me that what I do is helpful to you. Click here to submit your testimonial.
