In other words, do you know any positive catalyst or disclosure behind the surge in market price of IMPERIAL RESOURCES A and IMPERIAL RESOURCES B? The last time I checked the company’s disclosures, the only latest disclosures I read were the usual explanations of companies when there’s an unnatural movement on the market price. Guess what’s the usual reply of companies who’ve been asked by the Exchange to explain the unusual price movement. Your guess is as good as mine.
In this case, I’d like to base my thoughts on the data that I have for $IMP. Based on the volume’s chart below, $IMP printed a volume above its 30-day volume average last March 15, 2016. That was when MACD crossed the 9MA, too.
Here’s un-stretched chart of $IMP. I know it’s difficult to see the values of the pivot points. So check the stretched chart below it. Click the charts to view the bigger version.
That gap between last Wednesday’s trading and today’s is at risk of being filled down if $IMP’s bullishness continues to show an “artificial” uptrend pattern.
For today, see $IMP’s Top 10 Players. Take note: 6 out of 10 have a bigger Sell Average than Buy Average.
Here are $IMP’s Top 10 Players for March 2016 MTD. Even for the MTD chart, 6 out of 10 have a bigger Sell Average than Buy Average. Take a look at the huge gap between the Buy and Sell Averages of some brokers.
Here’s $IMP’s price-volume distribution as of March 28, 2016. While majority of today’s volume was transacted at the intraday high, I suggest you consider the facts I’ve mentioned above. Calculate your reward-to-risk ratio by referring to the pivot points I’ve plotted on the $IMP’s charts. Can you afford to stomach the potential risk against the possible reward? Even the company itself is not aware of any positive catalyst for the bullishness of the price.
