I’d like to share with you my Top 10 Players charts for the top gainers and losers as of October 10, 2016. I will let you know how many brokers registered a 100 percent buying and selling activity for each of BLOOM, WEB, YEHEY, ALT, PRMX, MPI, MRC, LR, FAF, and NOW. I will also mention the buying and selling averages of the top 10 players. Notice how many brokers translated the dips and rips as buying or selling opportunities. Let me tell you the significance of this report.

If a stock’s price went up, and a huge percentage of market participants registered a 100% selling activity, wouldn’t that make you think why the participants decided to sell instead of holding their position or buying more shares in the hope that the price will continue to rise? Didn’t they find the ascent sustainable? If and when you see that, you need to find out why they behaved that way. Check the latest company disclosure and foreign fund flow.

On the other hand, if majority of market participants are confidently buying the rips, and volume follows through, wouldn’t that give you the confidence to continue holding your position as you upgrade your trailing stop-loss?

Now, what if majority of the participants bought the dips? That means they saw some value in that stock that they could not afford to ignore the dips. What if majority of the participants did not buy the dips? That means they were convinced to initiate a sell-off and they did not see a compelling reason to hold their position.

I hope you’ll find this report helpful in forming a data-driven decision to a disciplined and data-oriented strategy in stock trading and investing.
